delivery times = package preparation time + shipping time

Products are delivered to the delivery address you gave us during the order process.
If a package is returned to us marked "address incomplete" although we followed your instructions, the cost of re-shipping of the package after correction of the address will be payable by you.
The delivery time indicated on your order form (in your basket) is the average time required to send your items to the destination chosen and does not take account of the time needed to process your order.

Processing your order:
This takes a maximum of 72 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) as from the confirmation of your order, for a payment by credit card and 72 hours maximum (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) as from receipt of payment, for a payment by cheque or bank transfer.

Delivery of your order:
This takes 5 to 10 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) depending on its processing by us (average time announced by the post office, although the postal service used does not guarantee delivery times).
It is pointed out that transport costs are payable by you and will be calculated at the time of placing the order, it being understood that they will be only be invoiced for a single shipment, including if we find we are obliged to break the order into more than one shipment (except if a product is out of stock, in which case you will contacted).

Colissimo Expert International at the post office:
LA LAVANDE has chosen the post office's Colissimo Expert International service for the delivery of your orders in Europe.

On no account may LA LAVANDE be held liable for any consequence due to late delivery attributable to the carrier.
Delivery consists of the direct handing over of the product to the recipient that you indicated to us when you placed the order.

If you (or the recipient of the package specified) are absent at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a note indicating where and when you can collect the package.

LA LAVANDE accepts no responsibility in the event of any damage occurring to the products in transit. In this respect, we recommend that you inform the carrier within 24 hours of any complaint concerning transport (breakages, damage, damaged packaging...), with a view to seeking a refund.

In the event of the late delivery of your order attributable to us, an email will be sent to inform you of the situation. In this case, you can always cancel your order by writing to us at: Le Château du Bois - BP16 - Route de Gordes - 84220 COUSTELLET or by email: vpc@lechateaudubois.com and have the amount you have paid refunded, whether the order has been shipped (in this case you must first return the package to us at our expense, as soon as you receive it, sending it to the address above, and your refund will be effective as from the receipt of the order in its original condition by us) or not yet.

In any case, in the event of a case of force majeure or an unavoidable event beyond our control (strikes, government restrictions...) late delivery may on no account give rise to damages, nor to any deduction from amounts due. Furthermore, LA LAVANDE may not be held responsible either, if laws, regulations or any other event were to lead to the items being held up at the borders.
